2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register and use a bdb8 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions. bdb8 will verify eligibility at registration and may request supporting documentation at any point during your use of the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdb8 does not permit players under the age of 21 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information including your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in your own name.
• You must be using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must hold only one bdb8 account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To open a bdb8 account, you must complete the registration process using your real personal details. bdb8 uses OTP verification to your registered mobile number as part of the registration process. You must provide the following accurate information at the time of registration:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national identification document or passport.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh that is currently active and capable of receiving SMS messages.
• A secure password of your own choosing. Do not share your password with any third party, including bdb8 support staff.

bdb8 may request additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your national ID card (NID), passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by bdb8 may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bdb8 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and identity verification and who remain in good standing on their bdb8 account.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• bdb8 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, adjust bonus amounts, or modify wagering requirements at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable consumer protection obligations.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion per player. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts or any other means constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• bdb8 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus if bdb8 has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or through fraudulent activity.

Welcome bonuses and first deposit bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per verified individual. Existing players who attempt to claim new player bonuses via new accounts will have both accounts terminated and all associated funds forfeited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdb8 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and any funds held in the account may be forfeited.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to give an unfair advantage over other players or to circumvent bdb8's platform controls.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament, including sharing information about hand cards in live casino games or coordinating bet placement in any market.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, display glitches, or pricing errors to place bets or claim winnings that would not have been available under normal platform operation. Any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.
• Registering more than one account on bdb8 under the same identity, different identities, or using another person's personal information for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds of unlawful origin through the bdb8 platform. bdb8 cooperates fully with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

bdb8 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bdb8 may suspend the account immediately without prior notice and may withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. The outcome of any investigation into prohibited conduct is at the sole discretion of bdb8.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdb8 platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, data, and all other material, is the intellectual property of bdb8 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or in any other way exploit any content from the bdb8 platform without the prior written permission of bdb8.

The bdb8 brand name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of bdb8. Unauthorised use of the bdb8 brand in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or in printed materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

By registering on bdb8, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bdb8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and the bdb8 platform to protect your personal and financial information. bdb8 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties except where required to do so by law, or where required to operate the payment processing, fraud prevention, and KYC verification services that are necessary for the operation of the platform.
